At Mel International Schools, you'll find everything you need to stay informed, engaged and supported as your child progresses through our vibrant school community.

Working together

Parent-School Partnership

At MEL we believe that the education of a child is best served when the school and parents work together in a spirit of cooperation, respect and open communication. Our aim is to build a supportive community where your input matters.

You are essential partners in:

  • helping your child arrive ready to learn (with correct uniform, materials, mindset)
  • reinforcing school values of respect, responsibility and positivity
  • communicating openly with teachers and staff about your child's progress or concerns
  • attending key meetings such as parent-teacher conferences, orientations and events
  • fostering a home environment that complements school expectations.
